Standing Seam Panels
138T and 238T Standing Seam Roofing Systems
While standing seam roofing systems have been used for generations, 138T and 238T panels feature technological advances in roofing that set a new standard for standing seam performance. 138T and 238T systems are classified as symmetrical standing seam systems that feature mechanically seamed caps. This product family offers many advantages including patented recover solutions featuring the industry's best method to recover existing metal or shingle roofs. The most important advantage of the 238T and 138T systems are that they are easy to repair or alter after installation. Unlike asymmetrical standing seam systems, individual 138T and 238T panels can be removed and replaced. With Galvalume®roof life expectancy approaching 60 years, this ability to replace individual panels is very important.

Maxima
With an opportunity to choose from three distinct Maxima profiles: Maxima, Maxima 1.5 and Maxima ADV, McElroy’s Maxima family of products represents the industry’s broadest selection of vertical leg standing seam systems. In order to meet the varying needs of architects and contractors, each offers unique performance characteristics that enable users to match a Maxima panel to specific aesthetic and performance specifications.
In some cases, Maxima panels can be produced on-site by McElroy factory technicians. Maxima 1.5" and 2" panels can also be curved for use with radius roof situations.

Trap-Tee
2 3/4" tall symmetrical Trap-Tee system is a site-formed, mechanically seamed system designed to resolve the three major shortcomings of trapezoidal standing seam roof systems: leaking endlaps, low wind uplift capacity, and difficult to repair.
Site forming eliminates end laps that tend to leak over time, oversized seam and special clips dramatically increase wind uplift capacity and the symmetrical design allows for easy repair or alteration after the roof is installed. With a life expectancy approaching 60 years, the ability to add curbs, vents, single panel replacement, and even building additions represents a critical component.
