Description

Prestige structural standing seam roof system

The Prestige panel shall have a coverage of 12", 14", 16", or 18". Seams shall be 2" high. Roof panels shall use a two-piece roof clip allowing for thermal movement of the panel system. The panel shall have a factory-applied mastic and be mechanically seamed with a field operated electric seaming machine provided by the manufacturer. The panel system shall be as a true standing seam shape requiring no trapezoidal foam closures, plugs, or fillers at eaves. Panels have 1" shadowlines as a standard.

Panel Detail

Thin Seam

Description

Thin Seam panel shall have a 1¾" seam height, a maximum seam ", and a seam spacing of 12", 14", 16", or 18" wide. Roof panels shall?width of use a two-piece roof clip allowing for thermal movement of the panel system. The standing seam shall have a built in capillary break with the option of a factory applied sealant in the female leg. Concealed one piece roof clip will engage the panel seal allowing for unlimited thermal movement. The standing seam shall snap lock together without the use of or need for an electric seaming device. Roof panels shall be removable for replacement of damaged materials during and after installation is completed. The panel system shall be as a true standing seam shape requiring no trapezoidal foam closures, plugs, or fillers at eaves.

Double-Lok

Description

Double Lock panel shall be formed as 1½" seam height with a seam spacing of 12", 16", or 20" on center. Roof panels shall use a two-piece roof clip allowing for thermal movement of the panel system. The panel shall be mechanically seamed with a field-operated, electric- seaming machine provided by the manufacturer. The panel system shall be as a true standing seam shape requiring no trapezoidal foam closures, plugs, or fillers at eaves. The maximum panel length shall be 40' (consult with factory for longer lengths). his panel shall be installed over a solid deck only.

Description

Description

The Snap-on-Batten panel shall have a seam height of 1½" and spaced 12", 14", 16", 18", or 20" o.c. The snap on batten cap will be 1½" wide by 1¾" tall. Roof panels shall use a one-piece roof clip allowing for thermal movement of the panel system.

Snap-On Seam

Description

The Snap-on-Seam panels shall have a seams that are 1¾" tall (also available in 1" seam height) and spaced 12", 14", 16", 18", or 20" o.c. The panels are held in place with one-piece, concealed clips that permit thermal movement. A narrow seam cap will then snap over the seam and clips. This panel may be curved with a minimum radius of 5'. The panel seam leg will be shortened to enhance radius capabilities.

Stand 'N Seam

Description

A high-performance, structural standing-seam roof system for the most demanding applications. Test reports confirm that Stand 'N Seam has the highest wind uplift resistance of any standing-seam panel available in the market. Unique one-piece stainless steel clip design does not fold into side joint of panel, allowing unrestricted thermal movement.

• Side joints are double lock-seamed with electric seaming machine ensuring weathertightness

T-Rib

Description

The T-Rib panel shall have a width of 12", 14", 16", or 18" wide. Seams shall be 2½" high with a ½" top flange angled at 90 degrees from the seam to facilitate the seaming of the panel and cap. The panels shall have 1/16" x 1" stiffening ribs in the pan of the panel. Roof panels shall use a one-piece roof clip allowing for thermal movement of the panel system. The panel shall have a factory applied mastic and be mechanically seamed with a field operated electric seaming machine provided by the manufacturer. The panel system shall be as a true standing seam shape requiring no trapezoidal foam closures, plugs, or fillers at eaves. The maximum cap length shall be 30'.

Description

An industry standard—Ideal for heavy industrial and lagging applications

Specifications

• Available mill finish, clad or painted in .032", .040" and .050" aluminum
• Available in 24, 22 & 20 gauge steel, 32" coverage
• Panels can be curved
• Minimum slope for steel roofing applications is 21/2:12
• Standard lengths: 6'-45'
• 8" Rib available on an inquiry basis
• The allowable loads are based on 1986 AISI and 1986 Aluminum Association specifications.
• The allowable loads are based on stress only.
• The allowable loads for the steel load table may be increased by 1/3 for wind loading. The allowable loads have been increased for the aluminum load tables by 1/3 for wind loading. • The use of steel 4" Rib panels on roof pitches less than 2 1/2":12 (12°) is not recommended.
• The maximum individual panel length for steel 4" Rib on roofs in 32' due to thermal movement considerations.
• The use of aluminum 4" Rib panels on roofs is not recommended.

Description.

A bold rib design, perfect for horizontal and vertical applications. Large 4" deep ribs provide excellent strength and spanning capacity. Can be used inverted for roof applications. Minimum roof slope: 1:12. Excellent for applications with large spans between structural framing members. Standard lengths: 6'-45'
